Introducing Zia, the dog with the most heart-wrenching story. Her adorable face has been brutally attacked, leaving her scarred and traumatised. The pain and fear in her eyes break hearts. As if that wasn’t enough, Zia was sold to a slaughterhouse, where she’s now living in agony, waiting for her last days to come. It’s heartbreaking to see her shedding everything, both physically and emotionally.

Fortunately, Harbin SHS Animal Rescue volunteers were able to rescue her with some good fortune.

At this moment, there are many things we cannot identify. Our animal doctors have decided to initiate a treatment plan consisting of antibiotics and painkillers. I attempted to spend some time with her, but she swiftly leaped into her enclosure.

Two days later, the vet commented on the animal’s impressive appetite and increased alertness. Additionally, the creature was receiving antibiotics and painkillers to aid in her recovery.

Slowly and delicately, the staff began to cleanse her face. Despite her unpleasant odor, she was undeniably beautiful. With each passing day, her condition improved. Zia’s progress was remarkable, and her appearance had greatly improved. The staff at SHS were thrilled to see this little girl thriving.

Wow, check her out! She looks fantastic! She’s really growing and getting stronger. Her complexion is simply stunning.

It’s hard to believe it’s only been a few weeks since you came to SHS because your dog looks completely different now. Oh, and guess what? Miss Zia has finally arrived in England! Today is a day filled with so many tears of happiness!
